The Ocean Beach homeowner season parking permit application will be available at Noon (EST) on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026. If you are a homeowner, you will receive an email containing a unique code to apply with. Only verified homeowners will have access to this application.
This year, the application will remain first come, first served. There will be a 7 day period to apply. No applications will be accepted after the 7 day period ends on January 13th, 2026. The OB Homeowner Permits are expected to sell out quickly this year. If all spots are taken, any remaining applications submitted during the application period will be put on a waiting list.
