Once the crew has unloaded the boat and sorted everything they will gladly help you with your freight. Even though the boat is at the dock before the posted time, the crew needs time to unload and sort all of the freight for the day. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Ocean Beach Freight House Note:

During operating hours, due to congestion, the freight house will temporarily close while the passenger boat is unloading. Once the crowd thins out the freight house will re-open. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
